When we arrived the next morning, Conner Pullen your Service Advisor blew us away with his customer service skills, he was extremely helpful, and went out of his way to ensure our experience went smooth, went quickly, and to get us back out safely on our way. He arranged a shuttle to the mall so we could eat before we headed out, Nick who drove us over and back was great as well. My husband and i truly loved working with Curtice! I first became acquainted with Curtice from the online/internet search I was conducting from home. I love how we could communicate online and via email. In todays busy world, we don't all have excess time to be spending at a dealership, and I was wanting to take my time to be sure I felt I was making the right purchase. My wife & I were looking for a 3/4 ton 4x4 in order to pull our travel trailer. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. Curtice went above and beyond to make this an ideal purchase for me. I went in and bought a 2010 Challenger SE. The whole process took only two hours...WOW! They gave me an awesome price for my trade and I was soon out the door. Not only that but I also looked at a 2007 Chevy Tahoe on their pre-owned lot. Curtice personally drove the tahoe to my home,(which was 45 miles away) so my wife could look at it. Then proceeded to take care of the paperwork from my kitchen table! I have bought many new vehicles in the past and can tell you some horror stories. I will be buying in the future from this dealer and would be more than happy to recommend them to my friends and family.

My husband and I knew we were going to be shopping for a vehicle, and had one or two stops to make. This dealer was not one of our planned stops . . . but will be our only stop from now on! We had just been told that the type of vehicle we wanted in the price range we could afford was not possible by another dealer just down the road. Curtice not only listened to our self-imposed restrictions (without seeming to look 'down' on us for not being willing/able to spend more, a BIG plus to his credit) but took the time to narrow the field of options down to only those that would fit said restrictions. He did not try to convince us to spend more, he did not try to get us to 'fall in love' with a vehicle we couldn't afford . . . none of the usual problems people seem to have when buying a vehicle. Finance got us a great deal, and the process did not take all day! We have already started recommending these great folks, and will continue to do so!

This is our 5th purchase from Texas Dodge so they know us well by now. They know how we like to do business and our most recent experiences have been easy and great. There is no hassle and they don't try to do or add a bunch of extras we don't want.
Phil and Dean made my overall experience very pleasant and seemed to go out of their way to accomodate my needs. I was a bit surprised by the high prices of the vehicles in light of Chrysler's current problems but it didn't stop me from buying the car.
Two words to describe Phil Smith: AWESOME and EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!!!This man was great! We called Texas Dodge and asked for a sales person and was transferred to Phil. We told him what we wanted and he found it. He went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy. We had a bad incident in the past with another dealer and were very picky. This wonderful man had never laid eyes on us and still went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even had our brand new pickup trailered from Dallas just to make us happy. He was in touch with us daily through email or phone and he emailed pictures and anything else we needed. All we had to do was show up to pick it up. When we arrived Phil was taking one last look to make sure it was perfect sitting on that showroom floor and let me tell you it was!!!! We truly appreciate the great customer care we received from Phil and we most definitely will be suggesting his name and will look to do business with him again.
